    • Absolutely securing all online transaction information, including invoices and digital accounting documents at LOVELYN's data center.

  2. Sharing Customer Information LOVELYN only allows the following entities to access customer information:

    • Individuals providing goods and services from LOVELYN as requested by the customer.

    • Individuals performing customer care for those who have used LOVELYN’s goods and services.

    • Individuals handling customer inquiries during the use of LOVELYN’s goods and services.

    • Authorized state agencies.

    • Market research and analytical reporting (without sharing with third parties).

    During marketing, advertising, and customer care activities, customers can request to stop using their information through the corresponding method used to send the marketing, advertising, and customer care messages.

  3. Information Security Measures Securing customer information is based on compliance by each LOVELYN employee, partner, and data storage system. In the event that the information server is hacked, leading to the loss of customer data, LOVELYN will promptly notify the authorities for investigation and resolution and inform the customers. However, due to the nature of the internet, no data can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, LOVELYN cannot guarantee absolute security of customer-provided information.

  4. Customer’s Responsibility for Information Security Customers should only provide accurate and sufficient information as required by LOVELYN, especially avoiding unencrypted bank account information during online transactions or other sensitive information. Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy and honesty of the information provided and bear the responsibility for providing information beyond what is required.

    If customers provide their personal information to multiple organizations or individuals, they must ensure these parties maintain confidentiality. In the event of personal information disclosure causing harm, customers must identify the source of the information leak. LOVELYN is not responsible for information disclosure without credible evidence showing LOVELYN as the source.

    Customers must not access LOVELYN’s database or computer systems unlawfully, nor support activities that disrupt the normal operations of LOVELYN’s e-commerce sites and applications. Customers are responsible for their illegal actions.

    Customers must secure their login accounts on LOVELYN’s e-commerce sites and applications.

    LOVELYN is not responsible for information disclosure if customers do not comply with these requirements.

  5. Information Retention Period Customer personal data will be stored until a request for deletion is made or the customer logs in and performs the deletion. Otherwise, personal information will be secured on LOVELYN.store’s servers.

  6. Access to Personal Information Customers can access and edit their personal information at any time through the appropriate links provided by us.

  7. Applicable Law for Disputes All disputes between customers and LOVELYN will be mediated. If mediation fails, the disputes will be resolved at a competent court and in accordance with Vietnamese law.
